Stock front wheel fit on rear?

Have style 264 front rims(18x7.5) with stock tire. Will they fit on rear axle which has stock rim of 18x8.5 ?

They will fit, but limit your tire choice. Why would you want to go much skinnier in the rear though? You'd be going from a 245 to a 215 wide wheel...
