WTB 135i or IS good budget

Looking for a 2011-2013 135I or IS model, will definitely prefer the IS model, but that is a very rare one to come by. Must be Manuel Transmission, M sport, Navi, preference on red coral seats but willing to work with seats if the car is clean and reasonable. Looking for low milage preferably something with under 35K miles. I have a pretty good budget to spend and willing to make a purchase as soon as possible. Not really interested in the convertible unless its an IS model with good miles, navi and Manuel. Im located in the NY but I'm willing to travel for if the car is worth it in my eyes. Ive gotten my approval from my bank on the loan so I'm searching very heavy for this car. is vs i doesn't matter, is has different wheels (not bigger), very very marginally better suspension and a PPK which is a joke of a tune.

Dropped the price to 27500... Ship it. I grew up in MA... Shipped a car out a few years ago. Super easy with Reliable Carriers.
