New Swedish 130i E81

Hi guys!

I have been peeking around here now for a while and thought I could show of my little baby here too!

Got this 130 from 2008 in November 2011 and have been a happy camper since. After a few years with a BMW z3 3.0 on the ring, I wanted a roof and a modern suspension. So it stood between the 130i and the z4 3.o coupe. But the 130i have space for a dog and is probably better when living in a big city. =)

The car:
BMW 130i (E81)

-Alpinewhite
-M-sport packedge (suspspension, optics, sportseats, interior and so on)
-18" "M-style" rims with Nokian wintertires
-Its got rainsensor, lights in the handles and stuff like that too (yay!)

"Mods"

-BMW aerodynamic rear spoiler (€100 worth of stickers)

-Original kidneys sprayed black(since the kidneys for the E81 with M-optics are amazingly hard to get.) =)

Future plans:

Since the ring is just a few months away now, there is a couple of things needed being done. I hade some plans of stiffening up the car with a new chassi, but I think I have to try the M-susp. before I make any changes.

This will be done though:

-Brakefluid and new racingpads.
-4-point belts.

Future:
-BMW performance vinylstripes a long the sides. (get them monday!)
-Carbonstyled Roof, rear spoiler, mirrors.
-New rims,18/19" black "CSL-style"
-New tires, havent made up my mind yet though. Maybe Semi-slicks or the new Michelin pilot super sports. (time and money will tell) =)

Im sorry about the crappy pictures. I will update here during spring with the changes and better pictures.

Added the BMW Performance accentstrips. Again, sorry for the crappy pictures, but its snowing here now... =(

Next up is carbon-vinyl on the roof, ordering carbon mirrorcovers and maybe a new carbon-wing.

Thx m8!

The stickers and the wing are leaving =) Purchasing a new carbon-wing very soon.
I love the JDM style on cars and I just had to try it. It look pretty cool when the car is clean and all white. But with the carbon-vinylroof, its probably not gonna look a bit wierd.

Why is it you dont have the E81 downunder?

Bought and installed the new "Sport" antenna today. No more bumby-car look!
It didn't affect the radio at all.

Here is an update with pictures!

I went for a ice cold ride in this shitty arctic climate. And there is no snow either which meens no drifting...

Ah well, summer is near (almost).

Here are some pictures from the 4:30pm sunset.

Got the new 4-point belts today!

I just got one at first. The passengers seatbelt will have to wait. Just in case it dosent fit properly.

The belt is the Schroth type "Rallye 3 asm" and I just fitted it in the original mountings for the cars seatbelts. The bolts are long enough to fit both belts except on the inside of the seat where a 5mm longer bolt is needed. The seat has to be taken out and put back. The bolts are from "torch"-type.

On the right seat I will put the Schroth "Rallye 4 asm" because there is no attachmentpoint in the backseat that is inline with the front seat.
The "Rallye 4 asm" could also be used on the left side.

It is very important to order Left and Right sides of seatbelt correctly, the must never be put on the wrong side of the car!!!

The BMW E81/E87 is actually not in the list of the cars they should be fitted to, but maybe the list is only not updated as they fit very well.
