Tom,
Got my Pads the other day (Fast shipment, thanks), and applied a layer of Noise free to the backs, will be installing them soon. Have a question though. Rear pads came w/ white plastic rivets in them,(Can be seen in the pic on the pads on the bottom) these are supposed to be removed prior to install correct? I hope so, because 2 of them were broken off anyway when I opened the box.
The plastic rivets are removed prior to installing.

I am very interested in these as a street/track pad. I previously used carbotech xp8/ax6 setup on my mini which worked great, but way too noisy and dusty for street. I was wondering what you consider "moderate" track use. I would consider myself an HPDE2 level driver, but i would like the piece of mind of being able to be as hard on the brakes as I want without worrying about any issues. Will these hold up to a beating for a 20 min session? It would be great not to have to swap pads for track days and also have a low dust pad for street, although low dust usually is not synonymous with a pad suitable for track.
