BSM - Dinan & Brembo in Toronto
Found this today. Looks like a great buy given the Dinan goodies, Dinan sticker in engine bay and Brembo brakes. Asking 54900 CDN (~43K USD). Not mine and not affiliated. http://www.autotrader.ca/a/bmw/m/oak...207T5&sprx=500 Last edited by MMM PWR; 04-06-2018 at 07:06 PM.. |

Hi Everyone,
I thought I would try to get some sage advice/thoughts about this vehicle. I'm in Michigan, so I would have to go through the process of importing this vehicle. I've had a little bit of conversation with nachob to get his thoughts on that process. I've also tried to read up on it as much as possible. What I've learned so far: it can be fairly easy...or it can be a bit more difficult. Maybe depends on the dealership assistance. Aside from that, my wife and I are drawn to the potentially modest price point in USD. Granted, there would be some fees that come along with this (2.5% tax being one). I might be able to get them to come down a touch more - maybe $41K-$42K. Thoughts on this price point? Also, I see that it has a Dinan upgrade. Should I be nervous about this in any way? The Carfax equivalent that I have for the vehicle shows no mechanical issues in the past. The other tricky part is that I would have to sell my 2012 135i M-Sport to free up some money (anyone interested in a 2012 135i M-Sport?!?) I guess I'm just trying to figure out if this is all worth it! My wife may divorce me for trying to pull this off.... Thanks All for any input! |
