Hi WAY,

I sold mine for investment puropses ( Falling interest rates). I now have a Ford XR5 and it is GREAT!!!. I thought coming from the 135 I would be really dissappointed but it is not the case. One thing I really like is the car is up to temp in a reasonable amount of time ( damn oil cooler).

I do a heap of short trips. Most of the time I couldn't even expereience the 135 cause the oil wouldn't even reach proper operating temp/time to give it some!!!!

Hi Andrew.
Does the knob separate from the boot, so you can use your M knob with the performance boot?
Cheers.

i sold my XR5 to get a 135i, and i haven't been disappointed either

seriously, the XR5 is a great car... very smooth, and the engine loves to rev. The only thing i didn't like about it was the front wheel drive. If there was no such thing as the 135i, i would have kept the XR5.

Get a Dreamscience Unit (ECU flash hand held device) for around $1000 (or second hand for around $700), and you'll be laughing... it's good for around 200kw/400Nm on the Race + mode.

2 x 235/40/18 semis for sale

Hi guys, I have these two tyres left over from the Dutton Rally last year. They are Dunlop DZ03G which are supposed to be the ducks guts in semis. Good for a couple of track days or to strap on your rear for the drags. Even though they are only 235 they actually give a larger contact patch than the standard 245 we have on the rear of our cars (135i).

These were $600 each new, I'll let them go for $300 (for both) or best offer.

As my panda twins are getting delivered soon I will be selling my MY03 318i, and my wife's 2007 120D (before the update).

For sale:

318i: Mystic Blue, Executive, with M Sport Pack, 130k, Sunroof, Harmon Kardon, 6 disc stacker, Climate Comfort Windscreen, and tinted. You can have it as is - average condition, but I can prep it up to top condition (of course at a price) :P. Single owner.

120D: Quartz Blue (which is more like a grey), with Sunroof and Tint and F&R PDC. Car in good condition except for a dent on passenger door. Just ticked over 34k on the way to Byron . Bought it as a demo.

Anyone interested send me a PM and I'll send you more info and photos and info. Both automatic.

Super Super 130 with OPTIONS!

Anyone looking for a super cool 2nd hand 130, have a look at this and the list of BMW performance options

I don't know the person just saw the car and thought I would post it up here because it is super cool and needs a new home.

Damn, GFC must be hitted hard to spend that much on BMW Performance parts (which came out well after the car was probably purchased new) and now to have to sell.

Double damn, for using armorall protectant or similar to clean the interior as IMO a glossy look inside looks $h1+.

Unlikely. Says his business owns it. I'm guessing he's wanting to flog it to upgrade and take advantage of the 30%/50% tax writeoff...
