Ok I've thought about selling her before and even posted it here before but could not bring myself to part with it, it is finally time. Wife and I just found out we are having twins in November so it's time to get me a 4dr... It's an 09 135i M-Sport package, premium hi-fi, satellite radio and iPod dongle, heated seats. Car has 118,500 miles runs fantastically never had any issues. Only mods are JB4, Raceland careless DP's, BMW SSK, black grills and BMW CF mirror covers. Located in NJ do not want to ship the car. I can get better pics if needed.

$15,000 OBO this is a great deal and a fair price for the excellent condition of the car!

I do have most of the service history records i have accumulated over the years. The car has never required any major work so its mostly warranty and regular maintenance stuff. There are no mechanical issues with the car, it drives great.

The turbos have not been serviced in any way or replaced, i have not had any reason to do so... Even though the car is higher mileage this is only due to it being my daily driver for 4 years with a rather long daily commute of 120+ miles round trip 98% highway. So really while it does have 118,000+ miles the car looks like it only has the wear of a 55-60k mile car.

As far as what "major" has been done, here is what i can remember off the top of my head:

Both taillights and 3rd brake light Replaced under warranty due to failure.

HPFP replaced under warranty before it ever failed.

Intake manifold Walnut Shell Blasted

That's really about it... the car has been surprisingly low maintenance and extremely reliable.

The underside is mint! The high mileage on this car is a bit deceiving... It's a TON of highway miles and the car was not tracked or beat on at all. I would venture to say that this is one of, if not THE cleanest 135i over 100K around period.
