Out of control Brian,,,

Cool stuff MrBlonde, i can't say i see 300rwkw without turbo's but if you decide to go that way i have some cores that we use as change over if you want some locally and want a set done before the install. As you have Procede and meth the upgraded turbo's should be good to see 300rwkw comfortably on a dyno dynamics. Great to see the project coming along, keep us updated. If you want to see some images of stock turbo's anyone let me know and i'll take some and post them up.

Thanks Andrew, I'm not making any predictions about power, that's not my way at all.

What I do is make my decisions about what mods I want to do and then get a power run on the dyno to get some facts about what results they produce.

Stage 1 Tuning Continued

Installed the previously sourced mods:

Evolution Raceworks intercooler with carbon fibre shrouding, chargepipe
AR Design downpipes
Zeckenhauser CDV
CP-E exhaust system

Full boltons are not readily visible under the bonnet.

AR Design oil catch can.

Tial blowoff valve as part of Evolution Raceworks chargepipe package.

3D Design aluminium pedal kit.

BMW performance short shift kit and alcantara boot with aluminium shift lever.

BMW Performance blackout kidney grilles.

BR Racing boltin halfcage.

Stage 2 Tuning.

Full boltons plus computer, map 1 and map 2.

My car made 259 rwkw on map 2 with pump unleaded with full boltons.
That represents a gain of 24.9 rwkw (33 rwhp) over the computer alone and a gain of 71.1 rwkw (95 rwhp) over the stock performance.

The onroad experience is vastly different to stock or computer alone. The response is improved to a marked degree. This is how the car should feel from the factory!

Next will come the setup with the methanol kit installed and then later using race fuel (VP Motorsport 109) and race fuel plus methanol spray.

Vishnu Methanol kit components partially installed.

Evolution Raceworks chargepipe with two methanol bungs.

Nice results!! And max power at only 14psi.

Meth plus 16psi should see atleast 25-30kW hopefully more (we got 40kW on another car with meth + 2psi). I am not sure if race gas will add much to that as the meth should increase the RON level to enough to max timing anyway. I'm going to be a predicting man today... I predict somewhere around 295-305kW ATW!!

Thanks JB, it's great fun to drive. The CP-E exhaust sounds fantastic and the BMW performance short shift kit is spot on.

Stage 2 Tuning

Stage 3 Tuning.

135 with full boltons and Vishnu Methanol kit.

My car made 291.3 rwkw (393 rwhp) with PROcede, full boltons and Vishnu methanol kit (M7 nozzle) running on 98 RON pump unleaded.

Recap:
Stock 187.9 rwkw
Computer 234.1 rwkw (+46.2 rwkw)
Computer + boltons 259.0 rwkw (+71.1 rwkw)
Computer + boltons + meth 291.3 rwkw (+103.4 rwkw)

Next step is to fit up a dual methanol nozzle with the same setup and with some tuner magic by Adrian (Vishnu Australia) and Peter (Advan Performance) we will see if the car can crack the 300 rwkw mark on 98 RON.

After that we will run the VP MS019 unleaded race fuel and see what difference that makes.

Adrian was pretty much on the money with a prediction of 295 - 300kw ATW.
