Coupe should look like this:

are those 19" or 18" ?

Sorry for the late answer, those are 19's.

I must say, I mounted them on my coupe and it didn't work out that well with the M-tech suspension. In stead of rolling the fenders I decided to buy other wheels.

So if you're looking for a fit and go solution, the CH's are a bad choice!
With some modifications to the fenders they will work.

Any update on these? Do they make them in the correct offsets for the 1er?

no new fitments for the 1er.

the CH only comes in the following:
CH004 - 19 x 8.5 et35
CH005 - 19 x 9.5 et40

Definitely no PnP

Too bad, those are my favorite wheels ever. BMW Motorsport wheels look somewhat similar and would be PnP.

.
Because they do not have the same offset.
Therefore, the rims are not a good fit the non-respective models.
