Bav Tech Tool- a bit of help plz

Hi guys,

Recently purchased this and was excited to be able to clear the service reminders and reset my wipers so the rain sensor works properly (since bmw blamed O'Brien and said they dont do it).

So far so good, but for some reason i'm unable to find what the exclamation mark is on my dash and clear it, and also get rid of the service reminder.

Can anyone help?

I went into tools > search all modules then clear all faults. Nothing changed.
