493 miles. had it since 3/25. i didn't drive it the past couple of days...

i read in the manual that 1300 is the break in point... can't wait... can't wait...

yea its 1300 and the max rpms during break in is 4500 not 5500 like i've seen on the board, and also, no flooring it. i didn't know then when i picked up yesterday, already been up to 5,000rpm and floored it from like 1,000 rpms -> about 3,000.

anyway, about 50 miles. less than 24 hours.

update: 4/28 - Now have had it for 2 weeks, got about 1050 miles on it. taken it over 100mph a couple of times. taken it over 4,500 rpms maybe twice, but not by much. The last few hundred miles are going to be the toughest to resist the urge to get on the accelerator.

Had mine since last Saturday and have 400 on it. I'm taking a 260 trip back to Blacksburg this weekend. Any advice on driving on the highway during break in? When I drove my car on the highway for the first time I took an exit every 20-30 min or so to cycle through the gears. Then while I on the highway I switched between 4-6 and varied my speed. Is that good enough?
