Odd Engine Noise at idle (no tick)

Returning from Target I pull into my garage and was finishing a phone call while the car was idling. All of a sudden I hear this tsh tsh tsh noise coming from the area of the oil filter housing. Shes going in first thing Tomorrow morning and was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem? Was also able to duplicate problem again. Weird no check engine light, nothing.:iono:

PS I was hoping I would have no problems with this car after what I went through with the 2 previous bimmers, but after this with only 2k miles I'm starting to give up slowly.

I had similar problem after driving highways speeds and stopping at toll booths. on the idle there was this sound more like tack tack tack but whenever pressed throttle it was gone. I dunno I will have some trip friday so will be paying attention towards that.

Brought to Vista and of course I couldnt replicate problem. They seem to think it was water hitting the exhaust manifold. NO CELs no lights at all. weird.

i have the exact same sound in my car. i think it's the oil pump and that it's normal, but i'll find out for sure when i take it in for service next week.
