Upgraded reverse lights?

Anyone tried the LED bulbs? Are they any better than the std W16W? Do the LED throw codes? HID?

After nearly backing off a cliff I need to do something to improve the rear nighttime view!!

I found the standard rear lights were bright enough for me so cant comment there.

But can say that when i upgraded to darkline LCI rear tails that its heaps brighter than the original 08' tails... I know replacing rear lights cost quite a bit more than bulbs but it could be a bit of a 2 birds with 1 stone thing if you were already considering the darkline LCI's?

I find it can help to put the rear fogs on if it's a bit tricky, they are surprisingly bright.

Just ordered a set of LED 7W on fleabay. I'll let you know how they go.
