Ok, well some good news, and some bad.

BMW Germany finally buckled to my pressure. After a 5 x A4 page email on Saturday, and a followup email on Sunday they are finally deciding to stop stuffing me around and going to replace the TCU on my car, AND authorise a software update.

About time. Down side is parts have to be ordered from Germany, so i am booked on for the 23/11/09. Stereo upgrades will have to wait until then unfortunately. So dont worry about keeping thursday free.
