Should I be concerned with only having 1 new bank of injectors & plugs?

I was having long cranks since I bought the car about 8 months ago. The dealer did the lpfp, fuel filter, hpfp etc but it always came back. Last visit they found bank 1 had fouled injectors and replaced them and the plugs. Should I go ahead and replace the other 3 as well or does it not really matter?
