what is this noise? (video)

Hello all I have a squealing type sound coming from what I believe to be a pulley unless someone has another idea....if it is, which pulley is most prone?

Sounds 100% like what I had over the winter. I replaced the belt and all the pulleys just to find out the OFHG was leaking small amounts of oil onto the belt causing it the squeak like that.

hmmm...well I definitely have that problem which I need to address also...I will fix that first and see if it goes away....thanks!
