Hi Jeef.. Thanks for the offer.
I suspect that your rears would be in the same condition as mine, as my rears have 28K on them also.

Would prefer tyres that have still got some decent rubber ( keeping the car another 6 months unless sold prior ), otherwise will just have to bite the bullet and replace with new tyres.

ZUZU, i took my OEM tyres off too, they had 20k on them, fronts have a reasonable amount of grip remaining, rears are driveable, but getting very worn (1 worse than the other).
Was looking for $100 for the 2 fronts as the rears are pretty much toast, will throw in the rears too if you like? Welcome to come and have a look at them and see if they're of interest, am located in Camperdown.

Hi janus.. Thanks also for the reply, but I am only looking for rears with hopefully some decent tread left on them..

Same here, will probably let them sit in the garage in case I have a puncture.

Mine's probably worse, they have track days under the belt

Jeef Beef, how are you liking the star specs? I'm very happy, grip levels are impressive, road noise i'd worried about is not a big issue. Ride quality seems about the same as the RFT's to be honest, not 100% sure.. when tires get worn they get harsher, so the Z1's are a softer ride, but it could just be due to them having a full tread.

Went up the old pacific highway last weekend, really need to get out for a track day to explore the limits though, the tires are a bit too sticky to test on public roads.

Be keen to check out your wheels sometime, haven't ridden in a car with the aftermarket suspension, how's it go compared to stock?

Best thing you can ever do to these cars (short of LSD) IMO is swap out the suspension for some better kit.

CF Diffuser

Brand new Carbon Fiber diffuser for 1 series coupe's or convertibles with the M sport body kit. This was purchased from InsidePerformance as shown here:

http://www.insideperformance.de/onli...roducts_id/201

but due to change in circumstances I can not afford it anymore. The quality is top notch. The part has perfect fitment and is an exact replica of the original performance diffuser offered by BMW. To install all you need to do is to unscrew the plastic rear that is standard with the M sport kit and this part clips straight on. I was told that installation will take around 20-30 minutes. I haven't tried installing it myself.

The whole piece weighs less than 800 grams!

Its currently on special for 600 ($AUD 800) euro, with postage it'll cost you over 800 ($1100). If you buy the original part from BMW you are looking at $3000. My loss is your gain, make me an offer.

Thanks mate, but I think the shipping would kill you on this one

It's a great unit, but I either walk to training or bus to work and don't use it so I figure it's time for it to find a new home.

135i for sale in Sydney

Hi guys,

After (nearly) 3 years of driving bliss, I've decided that owning my 135 was heavily conflicting with my anti-materialistic philosophies on life

For better or worse, it's up for grabs. Cashmere Silver with beige/poplar interior. A nice combo if I do say so myself.

The car is completely stock, with only 35,000 kms on the clock. It also has business nav/iDrive. Price is $58,500 negotiable.

I definitely don't regret buying this car, and hopefully you won't either! Let me know if anyone is interested.
