Wot Limp Mode

Mods: Only JB4 G5 ISO

This has happened several times, and only happens in map 5. During an all-out WOT pull the car hits a wall at about 110/120 and a half check engine light comes on. Also it runs fine in stock mode, map 1/2. I’m waiting on the BMS USB Cable to come in so I can do some logs. There are several threads of people experiencing the same problem, and adjusting the open loop setting fixes it???

These were the codes

29F2 fuel high pressure system, fuel pressure
29F3 fuel pressure sensor, electrical
29F5 catalytic converter conversion 2
29F4 catalytic converter conversion
29E2 fuel injection rail, pressure sensor signal

LOGS coming soon....Any info is greatly appreciated.

This morning (02/25/2014) the car was misfiring on cold start, but went away after warming up. While entering the highway in stock mode it lost power and half engine light came on under normal throttle. These were the codes

29F3 fuel pressure sensor, electrical
29CF misfirings, cylinder 3
29CE misfirings, cylinder 2
29F1 fuel pressure, plausibility
29CC misfirings, several cylinders

Codes for (02/26/2014)

29CC misfirings, several cylinders
29CD misfirings, cylinder 1
29CE misfirings, cylinder 2
29CF misfirings, cylinder 3
29F3 fuel pressure sensor, electrical

Definitely look over on n54tech. But if you aren't sure if it's ISO, I'd crack it open and make sure the diode is cut

Thanks, I also posted on the n54tech forum.

I recently put in brand new plugs bc the car was missing pretty bad every morning. After changing plugs the misfire went away for two months, and now its back.. When I replaced the plugs some of them were wet with fuel. Would that be an indication of failing fuel injectors?

This morning the car was misfiring on cold start, but went away after warming up. While entering the highway in stock mode it lost power and half engine light came on under normal throttle. These were the codes

29F3 fuel pressure sensor, electrical
29CF misfirings, cylinder 3
29CE misfirings, cylinder 2
29F1 fuel pressure, plausibility
29CC misfirings, several cylinders

Ill start by swapping coils and clearing codes.

The car has 58k, this is so annoying that its not running right...I might as well just buy the new Index 11 injectors and New coil packs since i already have new plugs and that should fix it..I hope...
