Yes it appears to be the 335i and not the M3, you can clearly see the Turbo intercooler, located right beneath the license plate.

Eventhough it says it, thats not the new M3. There is nothing on that car to indicate its an m3. Looks just like a normal e92

You have to click on the link at the top of the photo that says New BMW M3...

That opens up and there are more photos with a few different cars. One appears to be an M3.

Don't know if it is really it. M3 usually have big flared guards and what about ///M side vents??

There was no such thing on the e30, e34, e36 and e39 ///M series, so I won't be surpised if they don't put them on the e92...

I kinda like the way the hardtop convertible looks. Not a big fan of the front. The rear looks alright. I hope the real car doesnt look like that.

They do not want to wave a big flag saying, Hey, this is an M3, so the markers are left off. The headlights on the M3 (not the blue p-shopped 335) are heavily masked, so we really cannot get a good look at them.
