TE37SL 18x9.5 et22 (square setup)

i would like to know that can te37sl 18x9.5 et22 (square set up) wrapped with hankook ventus v12 evo 263/35/18 fit the front without any rubbing issue.

cos some people said they had little rub and the guy who had this wheels before me said theres no rub at all

It would be good for you to learn how to do this on your own, so you can understand tire and wheel selection going forward.

Find the offsets of the wheels that you currently run, and those that you wish to run and plug them in to this website. Then you can see how much more / less aggressive the setup will be.
