thanks for the compliments guys - i really like how some of them came out post-production - im still learning the camera and all but i'm glad you like them.

I have some of them in high-res - if anyone wants it, PM me and i'll upload it to fotki and you guys can grab it there.

Hey bro. Question for ya, what did you do to to make the pics look like that? just mess with the white balance? or add a mild sepia effect??

Actually a combination of white balance, color curves, shadows and highlights etc...I just did it trying to keep the image looking life-like and with minimal noise, i went all out with that wheel/caliper shot though. :biggrin:

it was a nice day but a tad chilly in the shade....

i guess it never really gets that cold in texas... although i was the december 2005 for xmas in houston and there was snow on palm trees!
