I can confirm that the 135i is running brembos, I visually confirmed that brembo is labelled on the brake calliper when I replaced the rear rotors and pads.

they suit 135i.. and 3 series *with* the performance brake package which are the 338mm rotors with brembos.
Go to the "Vehicle Application" tab and you'll see entries like: BMW 135 Series 2008 - 03/10 135i 3.0t [E82][E88] (std 338mm / 324mm) Ours BMW 323 Series 03/07 - 09/12 323i Sed, Wag. [E90, E91] (BMW Performance 338mm / 324mm) These are the pads for the non-upgraded 3 series, and other lower grade 1 series: http://www.autotradespares.com.au/in...oduct_id=16107 |

In addition, bargain hunters looking for new rotors for a street driven 135i.. these Zimmermanns are $239 delivered for the pair. Sure they don't have the alloy hat of the OE and are probably 1kg heavier, but they are also a 3rd of the price.

I bought some Racing Brake 2 piece slotted rotors for my gti. Great looking rotor and nice linear feel. Was very happy with them, but stuffed if im gonna spend $1k on just a front set of rotors for street use again.

The stock BMW rotor with aluminium hat reportedly weighes 10.21kg My stock *very worn* BMW rotor was 9.25kg ! It was right on its wear limit. |
