I have confirmed this* there is some confusion with the LED strip in the eyebrow and at the base of the outter rings. The gap in my outter ring at the bottom can be filled/ continued if desired. The LED in the upper eyebrows is available very soon!

Thanks so much! A dream of mine has always been car of the month since I have had my 330i, my 135i, and now my 1M. For someone who was planning to stay stock, and although rather subtle, I certainly made some changes. I was going for a clean factory look with the select add on's just to set it apart from the rest. Help it come true if you think my car deserves the vote! http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=789009

I tried that, the glue/sealing (however you call it) is not reacting to heat anymore like the headlights in the other joey mods , eg. the Mini which I done myself too. It even feels like sealing is getting harder if you heat it.
So if somebody figures out what the activator is to get this glue/sealing soft to able to open, please let me know.
I asked some worhshop guys in my network to get me a broken headlight of the LCI to be able to experiment, but till now nobody has a broken one.

Supposedly, it's more of a gasket type seal. People have been able to open it up by using heat to pry away the plastic and then chipping away at the sealant all around the headlight until it's able to be pried open.

It sounds like it takes several hours per headlight.

Does any of you know if by any chance Luis is stocking E82 xenon headlight or maybe other members are giving their headlight to Luis? I heard a rumor a long time ago that OSS might stocking stock headlight, whether from customers that giving a pair of headlight or OSS itself. So it's kind of exchange where they already have the final product of the headlight and we send our headlight. I know I have wording issue here, its kind of complicated. Thoughts and opinions are highly appreciated.

Summary --- your worried about getting someone else's lights? I am sure its a first come first serve type of deal. It would cost too much to stock inventory.

No, so basically I'm not sure if I really have time to leave my car w/o headlight for several days since I use it quite often. Yeah, I know its not worth the money for them to stocking headlights. I wish there is an OSS dealer in NorCal .

The headlights you supply, are the headlights that get modified. Unless discussed otherwise with OSS

OSS are the masters. I cannot emphasize what a pain in the ass it is to pop open and work on e82 headlights - I completely destroyed one trying to DIY this. Nothing but respect for the beautiful work they do!
