If you aim at just springs it is H&R. They will tuck the wheels into the arches a bit

quick question...is anyone running camber plates because they had to with a new suspension or did you get them because you wanted them??

Got them because I wanted them. Stock front end has almost 0 camber which isn't very good for performance. Great for tire ware though.

Depending how low you go they are not needed, unless you want control over your camber. I personally would recommend them as it will be one more thing that helps get rid of understeer on a car that comes stock with a fair amount of it.

Just my personal opinion anyhow.

Cool cool. I was just wondering and wanted some feed back on the plates. I was planning on going about 1-1.5 inches lower.
