Taller drivers(or drivers w/ big feet) and 6smt 3er's

I was wondering if you guys find it easy to shift given your height or shoe size? Perhaps this is a silly question, but being it that I have never driven a 3er stick, or any other stick for that matter, I ask.

Thanks!

Yeh, occasionally my foot gets stuck w/ my pedals, 6'6" and a size 15.5 shoe, I'm sure that has something to do w/ it? I'm thinking my feet would start aching too w/ the constant back and fourth motion driving a stick?...

Those that get their feet caught are just clumsy

I am 6'2 and have a size 12 shoe. My foot sometimes gets caught if I am braking while downshifting because the clutch seems to kink across the top of the brake pedal and the tip of my shoe runs foul of it.

This only tends to happen with my work shoes. My weekend shoes are better.

As I have said in a previous thread about this, I was wondering if it was a RHD issue.

I've had a more-than-occasional issue where the base of the clutch pedal gets under the top lip of the floormat when fully depressed and brings the mat with it when the clutch is released.

This is with the factory mat properly positioned. It seems the top edge of the mat should have been shorter or longer.

But overall, at 6'2" & size 12 (US), the pedal spacing and placement hasn't been an issue for me.

I've had the same issue with the floor-mat. To date, however, I have had no problem shifting and braking. Size 11 shoes.

I have the same dimensions, and have never had my foot get stuck. Best transmission I have ever owned.

I have this problem too. While we are on the subject, I'll have another rant about there being nowhere to rest your foot when using the cruise control...
