Yes that is it. Never used it so no issues with a VIN being used.

Why does your have a serial connection and the one they sell is USB? I'm very interested and might actually be able to pick this up Sunday around lunchtime because I'll be driving to DC. I just want to cover my bases. Any deal for no shipping? Thanks!
