Nice. Just like in the brochure. I ordered an AW 135i as well and considered getting the white trim too. Was torn about it really. I couldn't decide whether I'd like it or not as it is quite bold. In the end I went with the grey poplar and it looks fantastic with my black leather so I'm happy with my choice. Yours looks good too. I think it goes very well with the leatherette. Very clean looking. Enjoy!

By the way, I see you chose the 6MT and M-Sport Package as did I. How do you like your manual? I found mine to be a little knotchy, especially going to second, but it seems to be smoothing out now. Or maybe I'm just learning how to drive it better. Lol. What's your experience?

hey, thanks guys.

@Focusedintntions I am in fairfax, took these at my parents place in stafford.

@gnpower I am pretty sure I wouldve gone with a different car if they made me wait that long.

@2012_135i the tranny feels OK to me. A little notchy but the shifts are smooth. I like the feel of it better than my A5.

Yeah, I got it without knowing how it would look. I almost changed it but I am happy I stayed with it.

Awesome Leggo. I'm in Alexandria myself. You'll see quite a few 1ers in nova, but I've only met a couple of them that are on here (and ironically i met them at them at HPDE events and not on the street). Enjoy that little beast and get passed break in to rreally have some fun!

Would love to see pics of your "other car". I'm guessing the sport package was standard.

Thanks for your service and stay safe.

well if you mean literally I'm fibbing... I don't currently drive that car I have it on order I've been paying it off since June last year. I will get delivery upon arrival back in the states but I cant F'n wait. Mine is as far as I'm tracking (cause I'm getting my info from my sales rep who is currently on business in the UK.) is just starting to get built in Germany I have an official VIN and order/production# but I have yet to be able to track it through bmwusa.com. I'm ready to see confirmation that my baby is being built. But I will most certainly start posting pics as soon as I get my hands on it.

"My other car"

oh damn I feel stupid... here you go... 1700 HP, Turbo fan engine, Tuned with the best programing the government could come up with, top speed governed at a whopping 45 mph, 32 23" steel wheels, and overall, 71 tons of grin inducing mayhem. They should use BMW's slogan for the 1er for this thing. "You're guaranteed to come away grinning."

Its scheduled to be delivered to me in spain nov 1st (thats my next duty station). He said I should get a vin in about 3 weeks. So ince we hav a vin we can track it through bmw usa and see where it is in production?
