We are not required to have headlight washers.

I wonder if you could cut headlight washer holes and use the caps/washers from the m-sport bumper.

Arrow kerscher 1M front bumper cover...

Dackelone: I saw one of these kerscher 1M bumpers today at our Welt 3.0 Meet. I must say it was pretty nice. I will post the pics tomorrow. I am dead right now from all the driving and walking this weekend!

Thank you,
The quality is pretty good of the pics!

the Kerscher actually looks much better than expected.
Not any different than press photos.

^^Btw.. the bumper cover felt stiff and hard/thick... not soft and flexible/thin like my 135i bumper cover. Not sure IF that is good or bad thing.

Thanks for posting photos. the bumper looks good.

The flex in the stock bumper is a good thing. The stock bumper sort of flexes to fit where a hard fiberglass bumper if moulded poorly will be very difficult to line up. The 1M rep bumper looks like it fits very well.

The only other issue the lack of flex could effect would be the lack of flex on the bottom of the bumper which is required with some of the taller FMIC's. Its probably not an issue though.

Kerscher states that it is fiberglass, so I guess the paint could be more fragile and prone to cracks if there is a light damage.

Ah, thanks. I wish someone would make this in ABS or CF. Fiberglass is the major concern I have regarding this.

Looks good from the front but seems to make the car look narrow from the side.

I guess you could delete them... but I would think some states might say something about it when it comes time for your safety inspection. ?

Btw... the 1er I saw at the Welt car show yesterday with this Kerscher bumper cover had halogens. Not Xeons.
Dack,
This is interesting. What is the rationale for having washers on xenons?

It is a German law.

All cars with Xenons must be self leveling(so as not to blind oncoming drivers) and have a self cleaning washing system. I am not sure as to why the washer need to be there. I can totally understand why you need self leveling though.
