Bonnet/Boot Badge Replacement

Has anyone replaced the bonnet/boot badges? What size are the badges and any tips on how to remove the current badges?

The BMW roundels and / or the model badges?

I've put a model badge back, but haven't had to do anything with the roundels.

The BMW logo badges found on the bonnet/boot as they have faded and want to swap the blue/white babes with black/white/carbon ones.
