I didn't even know what "Angel Eyes" were until I joined this forum and I have them! They look cool in photographs or if you turn on you parking lights and stand in front of your car a lot. I just like having the Xenons. I don't drive around with my parking lights or "Angel Eyes" on.
BTW Bella, I went to four different lots and $500 under MSRP was the best I could do. Maybe I'm a chump but who cares. Some people who brag about great deals are also paying high interest on financing or leasing. Don't look back, you have a great car.

For once something is actually cheaper in the northeast. I was able to easily get $1500 off of MSRP on an order I placed in May. Granted, I didn't take delivery until late August

Bella: Don't sweat your deal. You got to enjoy your car almost immediately and probably been driving around SD in 1 of the 1st e90s. I am still waiting and salivating everytime I see a e90 go by on the street.
It's especially hard now that there's a new black 330 right around the corner from work, so I have to look at it everyday.

I can't tell if other prices are accurate. But my deal was bloody real. $500 over the invoice.

Well i mean,... what else would you expect your salesman to say? He made money off you which is his job. I bought my 330i with navi and sprts pack for 36000+ttl which came to be 39000 but I did European delivery. I got my plane ticket thru a hookup for 360 and hotel came out to be 500 and i spent a few hundred more for food/tour etc... my total came out to be 40300. Just remember to do some more research before you buy next time. Don't regret too much, there is nothing you can do now. Enjoy your car... thats the best thing you can do =D

You're right, Bella. Like a fine wine, your new BMW will just get better with time and good care. This is my second Bimmer and I just couldn't imagine driving anything else now. It's a car that truly begs to be driven.
And regarding your earlier concerns, I have to agree wholly with Zen: BMW drivers are very loyal and it is indeed a sellers market. But BMW is one car you can pay MSRP and not get ripped off. Believe me, if you got $500 off of a BMW you got a deal. Enjoy! |
