I contacted Berk they said that it is their first version from 2008 not stainless steel but a mild steel that's why the rust not because of snow.

Every exhaust regardless of metal type seems to rust anywhere with snow. Seems inevitable.

Dunno about that.. But as mentioned before that one is miled steel.. Not stainless, also I don't think it's the snow it's the salt that gets poured onto the roads.. I used to live in Toronto
