1M owners manual

Hi,

Just picked up my 1M on Friday and was reading the owners manual. There only appears to be a normal 1 series owners manual.

Did people get a 1M supplement owners manual with their car when new like the Americans seem to have ?

Mate, from memory I did not get a 1M supplementary owners manual. I just printed the US one and included it in my manual book.

I've attached both the 135i manual and the 1M supplemental manual...


You can go to BMWNA and lookup any manual... 2011, then M models, 1M Coupe...

I was given a supplementary manual on delivery, no biggie. PDF should suffice. I believe others have tried to procure from BMW but to no avail.

The manual gives great info - did you know the 1M is a V8 when warming up?

Warming up the engine
During the warm-up phase, the high-performance
V8 engine runs a little more roughly due
to its emissions control system.
For technical reasons, the exhaust system
sounds slightly metallic when the engine is
cold.

There was definitely a 1M supplement owners manual at the back of my regular book..
