Hey JL - Out of curiousity how long is the wait after item is paid for?

@Simon: Just be prepared to be VERY patient.....they have great quality but the production schedule is atrocious at the moment....

Hood production is slow right now because they are backed up, they are now quoting about 2 weeks to ship from order processing.

Marc,

I understand, their production is extremely backlogged and unfortunately your hood was caught in there. They are getting through the orders and that is the current wait time.

I do appreciate your patience and once again, I am very sorry this has been so delayed. We are working as hard as we can to pump it out.
