It will be listed in the group buy thread, I am uneasy on posting the prices here (even though I have the set final prices) because I do not want to violate any of the forum rules and such. Hope you guys understand

So spoke with the shop last night. If anyone can unplug their parking light, whether your unplug it or the bulb and see if a bulb out warning comes up on the dash then we can go from there. If not, then its all good and all you would need is the relay, if there is a bulb out error, you need to purchase a separate Can-Bus which we can get you for really cheap.

Sorry on slacking it guys, had an early class this morning and passed out when I got home. Woke up from my phone telling me jaespark posted lol. Thanks for waking me up in time for some hamburgers

By parking light I assume you mean the small city light that's located in the high beam reflector? I'm guessing that it is monitored by the CAN-BUS system. Just a guess though! My car is going in for service tonight or I would look at my car for you.

Hi Ive got a 123d M Coupe in White and currently have the standard halogen lights with HID upgrades.
Could anyone please help a true 1 series lover?
I want to upgrade my headlights to xenon ones with the halo circles in LED's
Do you know if I i buy the headlights I will need ECU computer or something and balasts etc?
How do i remove the lights, is it a case of removing the front bumper?

Just hoping someone can generally point me in the right direction with this upgrade.

Thank you

If you go the route of buying OEM xenons you will need to purchase the ecu computer for the headlights plus all other misc. accessories to make them compatible, since they cannot just be plugged in. If you go this way, it will cost you $2k+ (from what others have stated. Note: the headlights alone cost a most of that) If you are interested in the ones I got, search for JLC custom in the commercial sales section.

As far as removing the lights, there is a way to remove the lights without taking off the bumper, but either way, there are many bolts to unfasten and it is not a super quick job if you don't know what you are doing.

If you need me to answer any other questions let me know.

Thanks for your help. Ive seen some on ebay that the seller claims... "these will fit directly into an E82 and have xenons with them. Buying after market LEDs always fail in my research and I cannot find any that work"

I thort the LED resisitors you can buy off ebay for about £60 or $100 are the one that just plug in and work straight away.
Ive managed to remove all the bolts (4 in total) holding each headlight to the car however, it seems I need to remove wheel arch pannel to manover it out.
Do this sound familiar?

Thank you

I went to get a remap this morning taking it to 250bhp however I had a window fault in January which BMW updated my ECU software, this has locked out the map editing ability and the mapper said "you will need a chip soldering on to the ECU" is this true or is there anyway to get around it?

(I only wanted a software remap with no chips as they are a lot more undetectable from insurance and BMW point of view)

Thank you in advance
