Mud Gaurds/Flaps

What mud guards do you guys recommend? Share some pics if you have them as an example. Are they effective in keeping dirt and debris off the body directly behind the wheels? I'm thinking of getting some more for protection if I go off on a track lol. They do look good too.

I just installed a set of BMW OEM flaps today. Pretty straight forward install, but a bit tricky to get all the screws in with the tires in the way.

We have an AW and I must admit the black flaps look a bit dorky.. And you lose the really nice ellipse of the wheel wells, but the paint will appreciate it, and will stay cleaner in the rain.

I'll post some pics tomorrow. If you have a blue 1, they'll blend in better, I wish BMW made an AW version.

Have front and rear oe bmw flaps on mine. Almost eliminated spray from the wheels. They work well, and don't look half bad. I like the rear stance with them on better, the front broke up the flow of the side skirts though.

Are the OEM flaps cheap? Link by chance? Thanks for the feedback.

Not sure exactly, bought them from the dealership, made in Germany. They were like, maybe $90 or so.

Black would go great with the flaps.

Shock - sig? Oh there must be more details on desktop site, I only use the iOS app, so don't see those details.

Also - there's a "view profile" option that's been "down for maintenance" for a few weeks. You guys having this problem too?

Heyyy, I have an AW with mud flaps. While I'm biased on the front flaps, I actually like how the rears look. Gives the back a bit more of an aggressive look when looking at the car from directly behind.

Ha - I thought that was going to be a controversial statement. I bet you pull them off better than me. In fashion it's all about confidence.
