New wheel help required!!

Hi,
Been viewing a while but finally have something that needs answering by the experts.

Currently running standard 18" Bmw 261's with 215/40 front & 245/35 rears. Just had my springs changed from M sport to Eibach pro sports due to a snapped coil spring.

Query is, I fancy new wheels sizes 8.5/ET 37 all round. Can I use existing tyres and will these wheels foul?Measured up and seems a little close for comfort!

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Front fenders will need to be rolled, and probably pulled. The new wheels will poke out 24.7mm more than your current style 261 wheels.

Rear fenders will need to be rolled, and may need a slight pull to clear the tires. The new wheels will poke out 15mm more than your current style 261 wheels.

Ok thanks for the advice.

Gutted tbh thought the back would be ok. Looking about here in UK doesn't seem to many aftermarket wheels that will fit anyway.

Wish I'd bought an Audi now, lol!

What are you looking to do, just put wheels and tires on, do you mind rolling the fenders, do you want to run camber or no camber?

The front will be close fyi with that setup...but it should be okay if you have the proper camber and drive slow on big bumps...

I'm rocking 18x8.5 +35 up front on 225/40/18 tire with no pull and no roll and barely rub on some pretty terrible streets lol

Totally lost with cambers etc. Rolling & pulling out of question.

Only really wanted to put some new wheels on tbh and keep my RF's as I only had new 1 last Saturday. Broken coil spring sprung and ripped old 1 to shreds.

For me when i rocked 18x8.5 +35 with stock height, suspension everything....It poked just a HAIR too much...but no rubbing with 225/40/18 tire

Being lowered and no roll it will most likely rub front and rear. Stock suspension you could probably get away with it.

Many thanks to all for all your input, really appreciate it.

Decided to bite the bullet and get some BBS rims and have done with it.
