Hi guys!

Intakes are in final stages of completion. We went to check the quality of our intake and everything looks good. We spent a ton of extra time/effort on making sure this is a very functional piece with many add on's. As Anthony said, we're building out Stages II and III so those will be completed shortly. All 100 sets will be completed within the next week and we should start shipping orders out Mid August. Intakes will come Anodized black but we will give the option for Ceramic coating as well!

Our intake VS others....

I'm getting a lot of PMs in regards to the new intake that was released. My thoughts are the intake looks good. The shield is first class. The filters though I have not used them personally, look to be quality. Now although I should promote our intake I am honest with everybody that PMs me. People that are not even looking to purchase our intake. Are asking me if they should trade in their current dual cone intake for this one. My personal opinion is NO (you will not get the HP gain to justify $400 more. However if looks are what you want the intake looks good so go for it). The current dual cones on the market although they do not have a heat shields. They sit lower so the air hits both filters. This gives them equal distribution.

The new intake that is out has great shielding. However it is getting air to the front filter, and looks to lack the ability to get air the rear filter. It sits high up and uses the hood as a "lid" (this is from what I can see from the pics)

In regards to our intake it is different from all intakes. It is not a dual cone intake. It is made out of high grade aluminum, and has a plenum with an inlet that drops in the middle. This gives equal distribution. Also we will have a stage two that will give you full shields off to the driver side of the engine bay. Where it is much cooler. Stage 2 will also include ram air scoops. Stage 3 is a surprise that from what I know, does not work with any intake currently for the N54. Our intake price will be around 300. In the end purchase what makes you happy. Any intake is better than stock  Thank you all for your support!

I must say, I'd rather have a single cone intake that's completely shielded than a dual cone setup that gets saturated by air heated by those twin turbos while I'm at a stop light....or a dual cone setup where one of the cones doesn't even get much outside air at all.

Looking forward to seeing the Riss Racing intake when it's available.

Thats why we have taken the time to build this system. With all 3 stages together it will make a complete functional intake

We will have pics, vids, and the works. Like all our products as soon as we are ready. (very close about mid AUG to start shipping) I'm not worried about the other dual cone intake that came out. Its is great news for us! If people are that happy over that intake I know we are set. Espically since we are priced at $299

Sweet, I'll probably pick them up then (sections). I don't want my to car to be very loud, but I wouldn't mind a few extra HP.

So if you want to run some cats are you better off with (from a power and sound point of view):

1. Cattless DPs but keep your secondary cats
2. Catted DPs with cattless section pipes

Please enlighten us...

Catless DPs will FOR SURE produce more power. Catless DPs are the highest bolt on power for the N54. Only thing that makes more power for the N54 is a tune.
