$625 for the muffler portion and $225 for the y-pipe sounds reasonable. Once I have a buyer for each we can split them up.

Yes, you'd have to get the stock midpipe cut and this welded/clamped on unless you already have a Y-Pipe.

I'm pretty sure this is direct bolt on for any n54/n55.
