If you still using the factory run flat tyres, I think it will happen again.

Why is that?
Probably the tyre bead was too hard. Therefore if change new rims with the old tyre after few years of usage. The copper wire inside the tyre bead might have some issue and generate a clicking noise

The bead wire might be too hard, so when change a new rims with the tyre has been used for more than a year. The structure inside the tyre bead might have an issue and turns out a clicking noise.

I had this problem twice. The first time, any right turn at any speed would result in a clicking noise. Dealer replaced the rear wheel bearing and noise went away. Then after about 6 months, the noise came back, the only difference was that it would not happen at slow speeds. I would have to drive for a few minutes to hear the noise during sharp right turns or even moderate ones.

Showed it to the stealership, they took the wheels off, inspected the vehicle,(after charging $185) they couldn't figure out. Showed it to three independent BMW specialists, they all blamed the front left wheel bearing. Then, I found this post which suggested that not the wheel bearing but the rotor is to blame for. I replaced the rotor, the problem is gone. About 125 miles later, and after many aggressive right turns, I cannot replicate the noise. Internet wins!

Garage List
I had a single click when braking. Here's how I fixed it.

Got a can of brake cleaning spray. Removed wheel. Removed brake pads. Cleaned the brake piston and the backs of the pads. Used pliers to bend out the clips on the back of the inboard pad to make it more secure. Cleaned and lubed the brake pad pins. Used grease. Reassembled. Cleaned the mating surfaces between the wheel and the rotor top hat with the brake cleaner spray. Tightened the key bolt that fastens the rotor to the hub. Reinstalled the wheel, paying close attention to proper torque, 89 lbs. Star pattern when torqueing. Go around a second time.

When I test drove it, no more clicks. I'm pretty sure that it was the fastening of the wheel to the rotor, clean surfaces, and proper torque.

Good luck!
