Is the glass slightly tinted on the headlights, or is that just the photo?

NO TINT ON HEADLIGHTS! That darker appearance is given from having the assembly blacked out, similar to how the stock OEM Black line Tails appear. They appear to be tinted but really the housing/ assembly is black instead of white giving an overall darker appearance. Stock, our assemblies are a very light grey/ gunmetal. Once I noticed how grey/ light in color the inside of our headlights are, I HAD to do something about it... My wheels are the stock finish and will stay that way. I am not blacking out my car by any means, but I believe in a clean/ and uniform looking vehicle. No lights/ lens will see tint on my car, it just looks too "tuner" IMO. I will admit, I used smoked tint on my reverse strips until the Black lines were available but other than that, only the main windows excluding the windshield are tinted. 15% around.

-Price does vary depending on the following:

-Paint:Metallic or OEM does cost more than a flat finish like satin, or gunmetal.

-Halo: 4300k or 6k; Price difference in the two? No idea?

-Breakdown and build up of vehicle - Car can be shipped to OSS, or just the headlights can be shipped. Obviously if you are close/ want to drive, that is an option as well. I live not too far from Miami(Boca Raton) so I opted to drop my vehicle off.
** Here is a small and simple breakdown of my scenario to help gauge/ guide price:

-Paint: I chose a satin finish, so in my case, no additional charge for metallic or OEM paint

-Halo: 6k

-Breakdown and build up of vehicle - OSS had my vehicle from start to finish and did all the breaking down/ building up/ and testing is included in my total price.

My total price was: $750USD

Any specific questions that I obviously can not answer/ have not answered, please contact: sales@ossdesigns.net

I so think OSS should offer an exchange offer on this, they could sell a shed load of these IMO, 1Ms and all other LCI E82s.

I really want some

I would freak! I was very skeptical of this! Worst case scenario, you do have 1 year warranty with OSS and they will correct any issue within that period! Even lights from the factory are not always perfect, and that is the mind set I recommend having! I am very OCD/ and somewhat of a perfectionist. With that said, I have learned, that the earlier you accept everything can only be So perfect, you will be a far happier person. And knock on wood, I have had no issues. But I always keep in mind that it's always a possibility, so in case something does happen/ arise, I am prepared, and know exactly what actions must be taken! Those are my thoughts on the matter haha

I am having some decision issue on the colour combination and need your help

Have a BSM 1M and want that espessially the eyebrow looks like Part of hood.

Possibility 1: eyebrow in BSM , rest all Satin black

Possibillity 2: eyebrow and Amber corner in BSM , Rest in Satin black

Possibility 3: all in BSM

What do you think fits best?

It looks great and I agree it make the "flow" of the cars appearance better. When I had my MINI one of the bid DIY mods was doing this to the headlights. It got to be so popular that now it is a stand alone option when you order a new MINI. It's a check by I would have marked if I could have. I need to find that MINI DIY thread now.
