Sorry I don't have time to take the pictures, but I order the 330i tips on a chance, and I'm not disappointed. You can def. see the screw on the others if you look, but I seriously doubt that a normal person would ever notice. Also the 330i tips go back further so you don't really see the actual tailpipe.

If you order the 330i tips, make sure you get two (2) of the left pipes. Do a search, that's how I found out info. There are picture already posted if you look.

Buy 2 of No 24

25 has a cutout needed on the 330i for its exhaust valve, but 325i doesnt need it.

They have what looks like little metal claws on the inside. They slip on easily, but are almost impossible to pull off

Do you order the tips from the dealer? Will 2 #24's work on a 325xi?

Order from the dealers parts department

US 325xi uses same exhasut as 325i, so they fill fit fine

I just put a pair of the 330 ehaust tips on my 325i. Looks great.
Yes, you want to order 2 of the left-hand side. I did it thru my dealer with no problem.

Here's a link to the DIY forum, talking about 325 chrome tips. The last two pages discuss using the 330 tips instead. That's how I learned about them.
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...6&page=3&pp=22

BTW, installing is barely 5 minutes. Line 'em up and slide 'em on. A couple of taps with my palm to get 'em flush. Do it when the exhaust is cold.
There are clips inside the chrome tips/tubes. Hard to tell exactly how they work...like spring tension holds them on?
