i get pretty worried buying used fast cars. you know that dude beat the hell out of it for 3000 miles right? if it's problem free, then you made an awesome purchase.

That's a great deal. I doubt that it's beat to hell, most new car owners don't trash their cars when they first get them, especially cars at this price point.

In other news, look at this joke: 13K miles and they want 47K for it? WTF?

not bad, i got mine 41,500 brand new same specs but i have heated seats. seems you dont have heated seats? and the only thing its not blending is the walnut trim. replace it with carbon fiber or the titanium trim to look more sporty.

What does CPOed mean?

What does CPOed mean? I've search Google and 1ADDICTS and could find no referance. I am starting to get worried...

No. BMW will not certify a car from an independent dealer.

the website is not updated .... the owner a BMW dealership owns this higher end dealer .... so from what I have been told most used car get sent to this particular lot .... hence the CPO option .... I verified with a local BMW dealership and all is in good order

Perhaps it's not actually CPO, but rather just the remainder of the original warranty. I bought my E46 from a non-BMW dealership and of course it still had the rest of the warranty on it.

nope ... I checked with BMW and as per their database the car was under the CPO program and held a 100,000miles warranty. (verified through the BMW internal Network)

nice, i wouldn't have bought it unless it had the 100k warranty.. if the car was from a dealership, it was probably the test car... however, if you run into any problems, it should be all covered . great deal!
