"Paint Protection Film" in Brisbane
I just got an email from the Dijon at "The Racing Room". Dijon's the local rep who fit's the Ozicozi type 3M paint protection film. He's got a deal on at the moment that myself & MATTY are looking at going with when our cars turn up in a couple of weeks. Still more expensive than what some of you are being charged in Sydney & Melbourne but the cheapest option we've got so far. The deal is that the 2nd and all subsequent cars on the one order pay half (the admittedly originally expensive) price. Is anybody else in the south east Qld area interested in going in with us? The more people we get to book together the cheaper the average price works out.
2 cars average out to $973/each 3 cars average out to $863/each 4 cars average out to - you get the picture Is anybody else in the south east Qld area interested in going in with us? If we all book together we all get the discount - though we have to pay 50% at time of booking. We don't have to deliver and have our cars worked on the same day. I'm not looking just for 1 series but for any car that needs protection. Here are Dijon's words; "Our paint protection film (PPF) packages are increasing in popularity and not just for "His" car but also for the family and toy cars' too. Of the three standard packages we offer, the Street version (bonnet, guards, bumper etc) has always been the most popular, so because it is our birthday (next month actually) we would like to give you the second and all subsequent cars booked, the Street package at half its normal retail. This means the family wagon, or workmates car for that matter, gets the same amount of coverage for half price. Some conditions will apply as you may expect but for any clarification please call or email us and we can take care of the rest. I am unsure as to how long this promotion will last but even if you have a new car on order, book it in today! "

And don't we know it. Tim and I actually explored the idea of flying up Andrew from OziCozi Sydney to do the work. Even with his call-out fee of about $175 and the flights it worked out cheaper than the guy here in Bris Vegas who re-sells the package. Problem we had was finding a suitable place for the work to be done eg. bright, clean and dust free. |

We've actually run the numbers on this and it's a good option, Kris. Andrew is even willing to do it.
The problem we have is getting a place for the film to be fitted. It needs to be well lit, dust free and big enough. Tim and I couldn't really come up with anything to fit the bill. |
