Anyone have the bmw performance side skirts on their car?

I think this would make the car look much sportier, anyone have pictures, besides the Tii pictures?

1. You can order them direct from the dealer
2. They do not come painted. You can get it done yourself or work something out with the dealer.
3. If you order from the dealer make sure you mention the discounts that our vendors on here are offering(Dan in atlanta is offering up to 25% off for forum members).
4. Get the install done AT the dealer...that clears up any potential warranty hassles.

I ordered my car and while waiting for the car to arrive ordered the performance parts. When they arrived the dealer got the parts painted and then installed once the car arrived.

Ehh..I think the aero bumper has more of an M-look to it than the stock one. It just looks like something they would put on an M-vehicle instead of just a ZHP style upgrade.

You can get them painted from Dan at United, fair price for the side skirts, I forget what the painting runs, but if you can hook up with 2 others he is willing to do a price break on 3 sets painted the same color. I have a set on my Alpine White 135i, they look awesome!

Hey, are the little holes in the side skirt functional? I've been wondering this forever.

I'm hoping to have mine installed tomorrow or Thursday. I'll post pictures later that day.

Got them installed today and I like the looks of it better than I would have imagined. It's another one of those, "you need to see it in person to appreciate it fully." I am well satisfied.

The installation was a breeze...just about anyone can do it.
I'll try to get it cleaned up tomorrow and post a pix or two.

Just peel back the //M sill strip, then remove the exposed plastic retaining screws, remove the plastic screws from the bottom, slide slightly front to back and it just pops off.

The side skirts many of us purchased from Dan@United BMW fit perfectly. I didn't even have to use any of the plastic retaining screws that came with the skirts.

My guy did a great job of painting as usual. If anyone needs someone to do the painting for you just let me know via PM. If you live in Georgia and want them to paint & install that can be arranged, too.
