Has anyone removed rear seat to access the MOST bus?

The instructions for my SIRIUS install give no details on this portion:

I folded down the rear seat and not much is visible on that side panel to remove it. If I start pulling and tugging I'll end up breaking a clip or two. Would prefer if anyone that has done it can provide some tips.

Go ahead! I did it twice on each side... No broken clips so far... TIS says to start pull at the top first then at the bottom and move up... Yes, there are two clips...
