Seems I'm alone on this one which is ok. The fact the family is expanding makes me feel I need a larger car though I carted around my 4-yr old just fine in the 1M. Two kids, not so sure? If I could afford both I would but I think this new M4 will be an ideal fit for my life scenario. The M2 will certainly be another option but details are still sketchy at this time.

ha ha same here I'd keep the 1M if i could afford two cars

Will the fun factor of the 1M carry over to the M2, or will the excess of the M4 bleed down to the M2? Stay tuned........

Depends in the size.
Maybe I will keep the 1M and go with M4 if the size is not that massive as M6.

For me the M4 is far to big to be a tossable /agile throw around car.

I keep my 1M and certainly wait for an M2. Not in the Market for an M3/M4.

I can't see me swapping my 1M for the M4 as the 1M is so bloody brilliant at everything I want from it plus some!

My 1M will be a long term car as I can't see myself moving it on for a long time if ever. It can grow old next to Dino my 1967 Fiat 500...

Chris

I am more interested in the F80 M3 sedan. It should be a nice DD while the 1M becomes a garage queen

Maybe. I am thinking that in 5-6 years I will be looking for something with a bit more space and room in the back. So, a larger M3 (Maybe they'll make a wagon this time around!?!) would be the ticket.
