C&O was last weekend. They moved it because of easter. I was planning on going to this as well, but now I'll just be working on it installing new parts.

Nothing super exciting. Got new bags for the rear that I'll hopefully have all the parts for to install.

Also ordered a new trunk spoiler and front lip. Both eBay specials, should be here in a couple weeks

Anyone planning to go to the Historic Mitty - Vintage Racing at Road Atlanta?

BMW is the featured marque and I expect we will not only see a ton of BMW's on the track, but the 1975 3.0 CSL, turbo 2002's and the orignal M1 will be on display.

Its April 24-26. I will be there with the Peachtree BMW CCA chapter on the 25th.

Going to put up a thread for it.

Hope some of you will make it out!

Oh man that's too bad. I have some family up that way and have been through that part of 75 often. It's not a terrible drive but I wouldn't want to wake up even earlier for it! At least the speed limit is higher after you get up into northern GA.

Most definitely! I'll be heading up on saturday and I believe ONDEMAND will be around as well that day. There's always something going on out on the track.

Cool, I've been to the past 2 Petit LeMans and a couple Drift Atlantas back in the day but never been to any of the smaller events. How busy does the infield get?

Not nearly as many people as those for sure. You should have no problem driving to different areas and parking around the track.

I plan to get out there pretty early on saturday. Last rounds of qualifying are saturday morning and then races for each class begin around 1:00 pm I think.

Might even come home with one of those $50 used BBS race wheels. Solid magnesium!

Lets plan to meet in Oakwood around Hwy 53 and I-985. Let em know what times work for you fellas.

I'm going to try and make it out June 7th. Im wrapping up a home renovation that is about to kill me, my garage has been taken over by furniture and tools, and my car hasn't been hand washed in over a month....I may loose my shit if I dont' get some car time in soon!!!

I saw several 1ers last show but spred out.
Also, there is a bmw rally on june 3-7 that goes to the dragons tail and cheraholla skyway.
