Bridgestone RE760s vs. S-04s
Looking at picking up a full set of either tire through my work's discount program.
I've been looking around and cant seem to find a definitive answer. Has anybody had any experience with these two types of tires? Looking to get them in: 235/40/18 265/35/18 Gonna pull the trigger on Tuesday of next week. |

I've got 17-inch RE760s on my 128i... Much better than the OEM Goodyear NCT RFTs in ride comfort and grip.

I assume you've already checked the "Tire Rack" site for the user review section. Should be lots of reviews for those 2 tires. Since the SO4 is a higher performance catagory and a more expensive tire I would expect it to give superior performance.

In a nutshell, the Bridgestone S04 Pole Position has faster steering response along with higher levels of wet and dry grip. The Potenza RE760 will have a slightly softer ride and you might get a bit more wear out of them compared to the Potenza S04.
