Tail lights illuminated all the time?

I would like my tails to be on as well when the switch is on AUTO, any clue on how to accomplish that?

+1. My DRL's (AE's) are ON, but the LED part of the tails are OFF when in AUTO and the headlights are OFF. I'd like the tails to be ON.

It seems the only way to accomplish this is to use the parking lights.

Any one get to the bottom of this?

Edit: I found this little blurb in the manual. Notice the word 'may'...

Hate to bring an old thread up but today I noticed my light tubes on my taillights don't light up during the day. The light switch is on "auto" and the front angel eyes are lit just not the rear. At night they light up properly without any issue, I remember on my 2011 the tubes lit up with no problem, did a fuse blow??

That's normal. They've turned them off later on.
