Thanks for the updates....I think the part number for the KW's is #35220895.
I am not sure if you are allowed to release images and video of the supersprint, but if you can it would be greatly appreciated.

Flying out to Italy to pick the 1M up from Supersprint today. Then drive to Nurburgring to see what the new KW clubsport and exhaust is like. The standard car made 360hp on the dyno at Supersprint - so can't wait to see the difference with the new full exhaust - from turbo!!!!
Some pictures - will upload some more on Saturday |

Can't wait to see the results but first of all your first hand impressions of the suspension & sound.
Maybe ik come to the ring this sunday to see and hear this irl EDIT : i just had a good look at the tips and there seems to be very much space between them. It will look a bit odd i presume. A clear picture from hehind will clear this out

Just on my way back now from the ring - what a difference these mods have made. Firstly the suspension is just planted to the track - way better than the stock. Inspires so much more confidence to push harder - awesome. The exhaust sounds so much deeper and on full throttle sounds amazing (Will do video of exhaust but it'll be later this week sorry) I've attached some pictures of the KW factory and at the nurburgring showing the drop in height on the suspension and exhaust with the final tips. Hope you like them (Will do a clean set as well at some point)

Nieue,
Are these numbers at the crank or wheels? Is the exhaust the only mod you have done and from the looks of it I assume it's cat back only, no downpipes? Thanks much....oh, and how is the ride on the street? It looks a lot better at this height, especially the front.

Pretty sure it is at the crank.
350 at the wheels, while BMW claims 340 at the crank, that would be ... uhm.. very unlikely ? But it doesn't matter what crank number says, what matters most is the difference (%) between stock and modded. |

WOW...car looks incredible with the drop on the Clubsports. I bet it feels great considering the success the KW Clubsports were with the E90 M3.
I must ask though...are those Evolve Automotive exhaust tips?!

Not sure if it's wheels or crack but will send email and find out. I run 255 corsa front and 285 at rear (same size as GTS and Moto GP car) How ever it does rub on the arches so I might change back to original tyre size as you can do anything as there is an intercooler quite close to the plastic.

Not sure on the cost for the full exhaust is yet - sorry.
I wanted the top mounts so it made sense to go club sport. Supersprint are doing 2 exhausts one that meet TUV approval and Evolve have developed the other exhaust with them different noise levels etc - hence the evolve logo on the exhaust. Not sure yet they need to do some more work on the Tuning error code that appears when uploading remaps - BMW can now detect it. So until this can be sorted out or a warranty from the tuner (Some in Germany do offer this) it's not worth taking the risk (I want to though so bad). Brakes will be next thing before re-map. |
